# DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) co install options

Co-installing DRAGEN TSO500 & DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA

DRAGEN TSO500 v2.6.0 can be co-installed with one each of DRAGEN TSO500 and DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA v2.5.x or v2.1.x as long as the packages use DRAGEN v3.10.x.

Scenarios for correct and incorrect co-installs:

DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.5.3**+DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA **v2.5.0**: YES can be co-installed

DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.1.1** + DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA **v2.5.0**: YES can be co-installed

DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.5.3** + DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA **v2.1.1**: YES can be co-installed

DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA **v2.5.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 ctDNA **v2.1.1**: NO cannot be co-installed

DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** + DRAGEN TSO500 DNA **v2.5.3** + DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.1.1**: NO cannot be co-installed

When co-installing, install DRAGEN TSO500 software versions in **ascending** order of the **DRAGEN software version** (as version below v2.6.0+ will overwrite with its corresponding DRAGEN Software version).

Example:

Co-install DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.1.1** (DRAGEN v3.10.9) with DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0** (DRAGEN v3.10.17) steps:

1. Install DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.1.1**
2. Install DRAGEN TSO500 **v2.6.0**

If a prior version of DRAGEN TruSight Oncology 500 Analysis Software (eg. v2.5.3) is installed after v2.6.0, re-execute the installation script for v2.6.0 to install the compatible version of DRAGEN Software without impacting other installations.
