How To Replace the NextSeq 1000/2000 Air Filter Video

Background

In this video, we will show you how to properly replace the air filter on the NextSeq 1000/2000. The air filter ensures proper cooling and prevents debris from entering the system. Air filters should be changed by every 6 months.

Guidance

When an instrument is due for an air filter replacement, the system will provide the following alert: IM Air Filter Replacement Needed

• The current IM Air Filter has been used for six months and needs to be replaced with a new one.

• Press Shut Down the Instrument to shut down and replace the filter now or Remind Me Later to be reminded in seven days.
