# MiniSeq Control Software v2.0 not able to display BaseSpace page on the MiniSeq

Users may see an error indicating that BaseSpace Sequence Hub is not available during run setup after upgrading to MiniSeq Control Software v2.0. This may be due to the "Private Domain" setting being checked in the BaseSpace Sequence Hub Configuration settings.

Basic and Professional accounts do not have a private domain, so having this setting marked will not allow BaseSpace to function appropriately. Only Enterprise accounts need to select and input private domain.

**To resolve this issue:**

Navigate to Manage Instrument > System Configuration > BaseSpace Sequence Hub Configuration, and uncheck the private domain setting.
