# Information and protocol for the Illumina 16S Metagenomics Sequencing Library Preparation workflow

The Illumina 16S Metagenomics Sequencing Library Preparation protocol is a two-step PCR workflow that amplifies the v3 and v4 regions of the 16S gene in a single amplicon for metabarcoding studies.
