# TruSeq Stranded RNA bead clean up and library size information

**What to do** **if the AMPure beads are not dry after the 15 minutes incubation at room temperature?**\
Longer drying times may be required depending on environmental variables and the amount of ethanol remaining in the well. However, take care not to over-dry beads as this can impact sample recovery. Fewer than 15 minutes may be sufficient for drying.

**What is the size of adapter dimers with the dual indexed adapters?**\
The adapter dimers will be approximately 136 bp, may run closer to 150 bp on a trace.

**Is it possible to generate larger RNA fragment sizes?**\
It is possible to use larger fragment sizes, however, Illumina has found that shorter fragment sizes generate the most even transcript coverage. Refer to the Appendix section in the Reference Guide for more information.
