# Labeled components of a v1 sample sheet

Below is an example v1 Sample Sheet with the essential components labeled in blue. Highlighted cells indicate critical values for analysis pipelines MiSeq Reporter, Local Run Manager, and bcl2fastq. Additional information such as reference genome and manifest may be required for some workflows.
