# How to navigate to TeamViewer on the NextSeq 1000/2000

TeamViewer installation is performed during system installation by the Illumina field team. If the TeamViewer desktop shortcut is not available on the system, follow the guide below to open TeamViewer. There are four options available to access TeamViewer on the system.

First, minimize the control software by selecting the **Menu** icon in the upper left, then select **Minimize Application**.\

Option 1: The teamViewer Icon is available on the desktop.

Select the **icon** to launch the application.

Option 2: The teamviewerqs folder is available on the desktop.

Select the **teamviewerqs** folder and launch the application by opening the **teamviewer** file.

Option 3: The teamviewerqs folder is available in the Downloads folder.

Open the Downloads folder by selecting **Places**, in the top left, and choosing **Downloads.** Navigate to the teamviewerqs folder within the Downloads folder.Open the folder and launch the app by selecting the **teamviewer** file.

Option 4: TeamViewer is listed under Applications > Internet

Open Applications, and from the dropdown list, select **Internet**. Select the **icon** to launch the app.
