# Can Illumina RNA Prep with Enrichment library prep and enrichment reagents be purchased separately?

Library prep and enrichment reagents **can** be ordered bundled or as separate reagents\*\*\*\*\*. This supports processing samples at different plexities than recommended by Illumina.

**\***The [Respiratory Pathogen ID/AMR (RPIP) Enrichment Panel](https://www.illumina.com/products/by-type/sequencing-kits/library-prep-kits/respiratory-pathogen-id-panel.html) is configured as a bundled kit. The kit contains library prep reagents to prepare 96 samples with 32 3-plex enrichments, indexes (Set A or Set B), enrichment oligo panel, and analysis with the IDbyDNA RPIP Explify app. The last order date for kits that ship with IDT for Illumina DNA/RNA UD Indexes will be January 30, 2025, with last ship date of March 30, 2025 per PCN2024-1649. After these dates, kits will ship with Illumina DNA/RNA UD Indexes instead.
