Troubleshooting Issues during Instrument Shutdown on the NovaSeq X Series
Background
The NovaSeq X Series Control Software performs various checks to ensure that an instrument is safe to power down when a user attempts to shutdown the instrument. If any of these checks do not pass, the Control Software will often present the following Warning message to the User:
'Unable to proceed with shutdown because of ongoing processes'
