# Infinium Amplification System (IAS Hamilton) power cycle instructions

1. Sign out of Illumina Lab Automation Software Solution (ILASS).
2. Turn off the IAS using the power button on front-left side of instrument.
3. Shut down computer.
4. Turn on the IAS.
5. Turn on the instrument control computer and enter username and password, then select **OK**.
6. From the IAS desktop, open ILASS and enter username and password. Use touch screen monitor to complete tasks.
