What does the MiSeq status bar color mean?

The MiSeq instrument includes an LED status bar beneath the touch screen monitor. The status bar provides an at-a-glance indication of the current instrument state.

• Green: ready to sequence

• Blue: data processing in progress

• Orange: needs attention
