# Troubleshooting "Unable to create Output folder. MiniSeq does not have access to…" on MiniSeq

**Error:**

When using Local Run Manager (LRM) v1.0, the analysis may stop with the error “Unable to create Output folder. MiniSeq does not have access to…”

**Cause**\*\*:\*\*

This error happens if the run output location is not set up using the required Universal Naming Convention (UNC) path structure (ie, \192.168.1.1\ or \network-share).\* If this has occurred, the user will be unable to override changes to RunParameters.xml, or any output path, when an analysis requeue is attempted.

**To avoid this error:**

* Upgrade to the newest MinSeq Control Software and LRM version.
* Import run data according to instructions in the LRM user guide and requeue analysis to generate FASTQ files.
