Can RSB be used as a substitute for RSB + Tween when sequencing on the NextSeq 1000/2000?

Resuspension Buffer (RSB) cannot be used as a substitute for RSB + Tween when diluting libraries for sequencing on the NextSeq 1000/2000. The RSB with Tween reagent is required for sequencing on the NextSeq 1000/2000.
