Can a run be started on the NovaSeq X/X Plus while an analysis is ongoing?
Existing analyses will be terminated once the subsequent run completes the cluster generation phase. With that said, standard BCL Convert analyses and some other pipelines are generally expected to complete in the time it takes for the instrument to finish its post-run wash, prepare for the next run, and complete cluster generation.
