# Troubleshooting Local Run Manager Notification ‘Universal Copy Service does not use the same user’

The notification "**Universal Copy Service does not use the same user account as Analysis Service. Recommended configuration is to use the same account.**" will present in Local Run Manager (LRM) System Settings when Universal Copy Service (UCS) and Local Run Manager Analysis Service run as two different **Log On As** accounts. Universal Copy Service and Local Run Manager are not required to run as the same user.

Modifying service account settings via the Local Run Manager user interface will set both UCS and LRM to the same user, which may overwrite previously set configurations. Illumina recommends **ignoring**notification.
