# How to dilute custom primers for use on the iSeq 100?

Dilute custom primers with HT1\* buffer (catalog number #20015892). Insert read primers (Read 1 and Read 2) must be diluted to 0.3 µM in 140 µl. Index read primers must be diluted to 0.6 µM in 140 µl.
