# Can PGx Microarray Analysis be run without interpretation if interpretation has been quoted?

It is **not possible** to run the PGx Microarray Analysis without interpretation if the option that includes the interpretation has been quoted.

To avoid selecting an option that is not available, set up the analysis using the Microarray Analysis Setup option described in the Illumina Microarray Analytics PGx Analysis, [here](https://support-docs.illumina.com/ARR/IMA-PGx/Content/ARR/IMA/RunAnalysis_CLI.htm).
