# How many cycles of sequencing can be performed with the MiSeq reagent kits?

Illumina offers a variety of MiSeq sequencing kit sizes ranging from a 50-cycle kit to a 600-cycle kit.

* The MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 is available in sizes of 150 cycles and 600 cycles.
* The MiSeq Reagent Kit v2 is available in sizes of 50 cycles, 300 cycles, and 500 cycles.
