Where are NovaSeq 6000 system check results located?

The default location for the NovaSeq system check results is within C:\Illumina.

  • If System Check results are not under C:\Illumina\Installation\System Check:

    • Navigate to Menu in the NovaSeq Service Software (NVSS) to verify the “Output Repository” to find output location.

    • The Output Repository default should already be set by an Illumina engineer.

  • To change the default location the results are saved to, navigate to Menu in the NovaSeq Service Software and select Output Repository. Add the desired location for system check results.
