# Are the IDT for Illumina RNA Index Anchors the same in every well of the plate?

The IDT for Illumina RNA Index Anchors plate (reference number 20040899) is included with the IDT for Illumina RNA UD Indexes, Ligation (96 Indexes, 96 Samples) (reference numbers 20040553 (Set A), 20040554 (Set B), 20040555 (Set C), 20040556 (Set D)) for use with Illumina Stranded Total RNA Prep and Illumina Stranded mRNA Prep Kits.

* Each well of the anchor plate is single-use and contains RNA Index Anchors.
* All anchor plate wells contain the same content and can be used in any order. (All the wells are the same.)
* The well positions used in the RNA Index Anchor plate do not need to match the index primer well positions used in the index plate.
