# CytoSNP 850K v1.3 manifest is updated to revisions D1 and D2

Updated manifest files are now available for the iScan and NextSeq 550 in the [CytoSNP-850Kv1.3 product file downloads page](https://support.illumina.com/array/array_kits/cytosnp-850k_beadchip_kit/downloads.html). The revised product files exclude 35 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that localize to regions on Chromosome Y. These SNPs led to a dissimilar pattern observed in the Log R Ratio graph for female samples in BlueFuse Multi when compared to CytoSNP-850K v1.2 BeadChip data. The exclusions were made to yield a display for CytoSNP850K v1.3 that is comparable to CytoSNP-850K v1.2 BeadChip in BlueFuse Multi.

These revised product files replace the previous B1 versions of the CytoSNP-850K v1.3 product files on the product’s website. The D1 and D2 versions of the cluster files are also available for both the iScan and NextSeq 550 instruments.

**Note**: the D1 manifest revision contains genomic location annotations for build 37, D2 contains annotations for build 38.

A list of the 35 SNPs excluded from the previous CytoSNP-850Kv1.3 manifest, which represents the only update to the product files, and the previous CytoSNP-850Kv1.3 manifest and cluster files are available by contacting Illumina Technical Support via email (<techsupport@illumina.com>).
