如何更新UCS和LRM在Windows10系统中的凭据

运行 Windows 10 操作系统的台式仪器可能需要定期更新密码。出现提示时（如图 1a 所示），选择“OK”，然后更新 Windows 密码（如图 1b 所示）。

通用复制服务 (Universal Copy Service, UCS) 和本地运行管理器 (Local Run Manager, LRM) 是控制软件的组件，用于传输测序运行数据、设置运行和分析数据。这些组件作为 Windows 服务运行，可以配置为以任何 Windows 帐户身份登录 。更改运行 UCS 或 LRM 服务的 Windows 帐户的密码不会自动更新这些服务的密码。本文提供了在 Windows 帐户密码更新之后更新 UCS 和 LRM 服务密码的说明。

如果运行 UCS 和 LRM 服务的 Windows 帐户密码在 Windows 系统中更新，但未在 LRM 和 UCS 服务中更新，则仪器可能无法运行。禁用运行会阻止输入新的运行设置和进行数据传输。控制软件可能无法初始化，或者可能会出现以下错误。

Cannot initiate communication with Universal Copy Service. Make sure that the service is installed and started.
The following required software is either not installed or not running. Sequence cannot be performed until this problem is fixed. Contact Illumina Technical Support. Universal Copy Service.

运行v3.x版LRM的仪器，请参阅以下说明更新 UCS 和 LRM 服务凭据：

选择屏幕左下角的 Windows 图标。在 Windows 搜索框中，输入“Services”（如图 5 所示）。当“Services”出现在搜索结果中时，右键单击并选择“Run as administrator ”。
如果出现提示，请在弹出窗口中输入管理员凭据（默认情况下，凭据将是sbsadmin用户凭据）。
找到 Illumina 相关的服务。
右键单击 Illumina Local Run Manager Analysis Service。选择Stop。
再次右键单击Illumina Local Run Manager Analysis Service 。
选择“Properties”，然后导航到“Log On”选项卡。
选择This account ，然后点击“Browse ...”查找该帐户。在“Select User”窗口中，选择“Advanced”，然后点击“Find Now” 。从搜索结果中选择刚刚更新了密码的 Windows 帐户（默认为sbsuser ）。
选择“OK”以确认两个窗口。
输入新帐户（默认sbsuser）密码，选择“Apply”和“OK”。
重启服务。
如果列表中存在Illumina Local Run Manager Job Service, Illumina Universal Copy Service, 和Illumina Run Copy Service，请对它们重复步骤 4-10 。
关闭并重新启动系统。

运行 v4.x LRM的仪器，请参阅以下说明更新 UCS 和 LRM 服务凭据：

在本地运行管理器 (LRM) 中，通过访问“Tools ”菜单，使用管理员帐户配置 Illumina 服务以使用相应的“Log On As”帐户。
打开System Settings，选择Service Accounts，然后为每个服务选择相应的选项（请注意，Illumina 建议始终使用 sbsuser 帐户配置Universal Copy Service）。
