How to generate a Final Report and export a Data Table in GenomeStudio 2011.1 Methylation Module

In the GenomeStudio 2011.1 Methylation Module menu, select Analysis > Reports:
Select Final Report and browse to the directory where the Final Report file will be saved. Enter the desired file name. The default filename extension is .txt which generates a tab-delimited text file.
Check desired boxes to select different options and fields to be included in the report.
Select Yes to view report, otherwise select No.
To view the report at a later time, browse to the location where the report is saved and open the file.
Navigate to to the Sample Methylation Profile or Group Methylation Profile Tab in the GenomeStudio 2011.1 Methylation project.
Select Column Chooser to select the columns to be displayed in the table.
In Column Chooser, select values under Hidden Columns or Hidden Subcolumns. select the <=Show button to move them to the Displayed Columns and/or Displayed Subcolumns.
Select the Export displayed data to a file button to export the table.
Browse to the directory where the Data Table will be saved.
Select Yes to view the file, otherwise select No.
To view the file at a later time, browse to the location where the Data Table is saved and open the file.

After the report is generated, the following window appears:
Enter the desired file name and select Tab Delimited (*.txt) or Data file (*.csv) as the file type. Select Save.
After the file is generated, the following window appears:
