# How to review bsshoutput.json to assess BaseSpace file project mapping from Instrument Autolaunch Analysis

When BaseSpace maps analysis output files to projects, it will utilize the content of the file bsshoutput.json. This file will be written for each analysis configuration and can be found in the AppSession Files “Extra Files (Analysis)” Folder:

![](/files/fviSpXQuFb6MU1FgxnWz)

In the following example, the SampleSheet contains ProjectName values, which then correspond to the contents of the bsshoutput.json

![](/files/J4rZu1cbHBC3lV34F8ru)

When multiple projects are specified in the SampleSheet, this can be useful to confirm which BaseSpace Projects contain the associated FASTQ Files.

For DRAGEN Output, the files will be written to a single project, which can be determined at the end of the corresponding bsshoutput.json file:

![](/files/WziPQMqNolvlsY7OhiwA)
