How to install custom recipes on MiniSeq Control Software v2.x

When using a custom recipe for run setup with the MiniSeq Control Software (MnCS) v2.x, the option to select the custom recipe will occur after the reagent cartridge is loaded (not during the run setup page) only. By this point, a new flow cell, buffer cartridge, and reagent cartridge are registered before selecting the custom recipe.

To install a custom recipe on the MiniSeq, it must be copied to the custom recipes location: C:\Program Files\Illumina\MiniSeq Control Software\Recipe\Custom\[High or Mid]

After installing the custom recipe in the appropriate location, select "Enable Custom Recipes" in System Customization in MnCS. The Custom Recipe option will not appear during the run setup if not selected.

Select the custom recipe after completing the run setup and loading the consumables. Loading consumables will validate which recipes are available for that flow cell type.
