Run setup modes for the MiniSeq

Windows 10 with Local Run Manager (LRM) v2 The run setup mode is selected after selecting Sequence on the home screen.Local Run Manager Mode

• Create the run in LRM and select the run from within the control software.

• Data can be uploaded to BaseSpace Sequence Hub (BSSH), if desired.

Standalone (Manual) Mode

• Set up the run directly in the MiniSeq Control Software.

• Data can be uploaded to BaseSpace Sequence Hub (BSSH), if a sample sheet is provided.

Windows 7 with LRM v1

Run Setup Modes are selected by navigating to Manage Instrument -> System Configuration.

BaseSpace Mode

• Create the run in BaseSpace Prep Tab.

Local Run Manager Mode

• Create the run in LRM and select the run from within the control software.

• Run cannot be uploaded to BSSH.

Standalone (Manual) Mode

• Set up the run in the control software.

• Run cannot be uploaded to BSSH.
