How To Enable/Disable Illumina Proactive on iSeq 100

By connecting the instrument to Illumina Proactive, Illumina will be alerted to failure risks before they affect a run. The Illumina Service and Support team will analyze instrument performance data, troubleshoot if needed, and work with users to schedule any required maintenance.
To enable Proactive for iSeq 100 instruments operating on Control software v3.0 +: * From the menu on Home Screen, select System Settings.
From the Settings Screen, you will have two options "Set Up Manually" and "Use Express Settings" at the bottom of the page.
Selecting the option Set Up Manually you will be redirected to the Illumina Proactive Support setting screen. - Select the check box to "Turn on Illumina Proactive Support" and hit Next at the bottom of the page.
Adjust the next settings for "Run Monitoring, Analysis, and Collaboration" and "Local Run Manager" if necessary. If everything is set, proceed by selecting the Next option at the bottom of each page.
From the Settings Review Screen, select Save at the bottom of the page.
The system will save the modifications, once is complete select Exit at the bottom of the page.
Selecting the option Use Express Settings you will be redirected to the "Localized Settings setting" screen. - Select the region and the cloud-based private domain if you have one. Select Next at the bottom of the page.
From the Settings Review Screen, select Save at the bottom of the page.
The system will save the modifications, once is complete select Exit at the bottom of the page.
To disable Proactive, select "Set Up Manually" and uncheck the box for "Turn on Illumina Proactive Support." Then, proceed with the same next steps as the Proactive activation.
