# Can different libraries pools be loaded in each lane when using NovaSeq 6000 Xp workflow?

Yes, different library pools separated by projects or by library preparation kits or methods can be loaded in each lane of the NovaSeq 6000 flow cell using the NovaSeq 6000 Xp workflow.
