Can Infinium reagents be freeze-thawed?

Infinium reagents must be stored at the temperature specified on the reagent labels immediately upon receipt to ensure optimal performance and reproducibility. Prior to use, frozen reagents must be completely thawed at room temperature, and must not be refrozen. Illumina has only validated the use of Infinium reagents that have been stored and handled properly.

Infinium BeadChip kits are supplied with sufficient reagents to process the specified number of samples and BeadChips in a single batch. All reagents are intended for complete use during a single run. Any leftover or unused reagents must be discarded.
