# Can Infinium reagents be freeze thawed?

For best results and reproducibility, Infinium reagents must be stored at the correct temperature indicated on the reagent labels upon receipt. Infinium reagents must then be thawed completely at room temperature prior to use. Illumina has only validated using Infinium reagents that have been stored properly.

Infinium beadchip kits include enough reagents to process the indicated number of samples and beadchips in **a single batch**. Infinium reagents are meant to be used in their entirety, and any leftover reagents must be disposed of.
