To reset the Local Run Manager (LRM) password:

Step 2: Use the "Forgot your password?" feature to reset the password
Select "Forgot your password?"
Input the username and the answers to the security questions
Follow the prompts to reset the password
If the answers to the security questions are invalid or the account is listed as locked, the account can be reset by performing the following steps:
Step 1: Generate a Request ID.
Navigate to the LRM Login page on Chromium browser https://localhost/#/login

Enter the Requestor Name (1-50 characters, allow alphanumeric, space, and period. Case sensitive) and select Generate Request ID.
Make note of the input used for the Requestor Name as it will be required in a future step.
Copy or export the Request ID to a text file and email it to techsupport@illumina.com along with the serial number of the sequencer.
Step 2: Create a new administrative LRM Account
When Illumina Technical Support provides the access code, navigate to LRM Login page on browser https://localhost/#/login
Within the web address bar, replace "login" with "adminuserregistration" so the new URL address is: https://localhost/#/adminuserregistration and press Enter.
Enter the following to create a new LRM Admin Account.
Requestor Name (same that was created earlier, must be in lower case letters)
Access Code
New admin user name and TEMPORARY Password
The New Admin user name must be different from any existing user name currently registered in LRM and must be all lower case letters
