Are the NextSeq 1000/2000 Standard SBS Read & Index Primer Kits (20046115, 2004116, 2004117) compatible with NextSeq 1000/2000 XLEAP-SBS Reagents?

Yes, Read & Index Primer kits are completely cross compatible between the NextSeq 1000/2000 Reagent kits. The only difference is the addition of the Illumina DNA PCR-Free Prep Sequencing Primers Read 1 + Index 2 (20041797) to XLEAP-SBS Read & Index Primer Kits (20112856, 20112858, 20112859). This means that Standard SBS Read & Index Primer Kits are compatible with NextSeq 1000/2000 XLEAP-SBS Reagents and XLEAP-SBS Read & Index Primer Kits are compatible with NextSeq 1000/2000 Standard SBS Reagents (ie, they are cross-compatible).
