BaseSpace Command Line Interface upload failure with request signature error
While attempting to upload a run to BaseSpace using the Command Line Interface (CLI), users may experience upload failure partway through the upload. Within the BaseSpace CLI log, the following error may be present:
Upload failed: S3 [SignatureDoesNotMatch]:The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided.
If this error present, users should navigate into the folder they are attempting to upload and search for any files with the extension ".snr.csv".
These files, if present, will cause upload failure. Any file with the .snr.csv extension contained in the folder should be deleted. Once all files of that type have been removed from the run folder, the user should requeue the upload.
