Illumina library prep kits and associated index kits

To offer flexibility to customers, Illumina offers library preparation and index kits in a decoupled format, meaning that the index kits are sold separately from the library preparation kits. This format is intended to offer a range of indexing possibilities. This article lists the library preparation kits which have multiple indexing strategies, and the recommended index kits. This will help customers choose the right index kit option suitable for their project.

Library preparation kits that have not been decoupled are not listed in this bulletin.
