Can iSeq 100 runs with custom primers be analyzed in Local Run Manager or BaseSpace Sequence Hub?

Yes. Although run setup must be done in Manual mode within the iSeq 100 Control Software, the completed run can be imported into Local Run Manager or BaseSpace Sequence Hub for analysis.
