The “Failed to execute connectivity check, input parameters are invalid" error can appear when there are network or internet connection issues with the selected output folder. This error occurs when selecting the output folder from Settings menu of the NextSeq 1000/2000 control software.
Potential Causes include:
Invalid Output folder.
BaseSpace Hosting Location is not selected.
Troubleshooting steps:
Verify the output folder selected is a valid folder.

Select a Hosting Location from the Connectivity > Hosting Location Dropdown menu.
