# Uploading Runs BaseSpace Command Line Interface (CLI) Video

With the release of version 1.2.0 of the BaseSpace Sequence Hub Command Line Interface (CLI) tool, users can now upload runs to BaseSpace Sequence Hub after sequencing has already been completed. This tutorial covers setting proper permissions and using BaseSpace CLI to upload a run to your BaseSpace account.
