# How to Requeue Analysis for a NextSeq 1000/2000 run using BaseSpace BCL Convert Video

This video shows how to use Instrument Run Setup on BaseSpace to create a v2 sample sheet for a NextSeq 1000/2000 run. The video also describes how this v2 sample sheet can be edited and uploaded to BaseSpace. Lastly, it also shows how the BCL Convert app can be launched on BaseSpace using this v2 sample sheet to requeue FastQ generation for a NextSeq 1000/2000 run.
