# Single Read option not available with Resequencing Analysis for the TruSeq HT kit on the MiniSeq

Users attempting to resequence a run that used a TruSeq HT sample kit may find that the "Single-Read" option is not available on the MiniSeq in Local Run Manager.

Troubleshooting steps:

* Create a custom sample kit with the same definition as the TruSeq HT sample kit found in the kit Definition .tsv file (this can be downloaded from the Illumina Website under the appropriate "Product Files" Page).
* Confirm that the index strategy and read type values are All, then upload the Custom kit.

This issue has also been resolved in Local Run Manager v2.4+, which is available on MiniSeq Control Software v2 for Windows 10.
