# Can DNA fusion calling be performed with TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) Tissue data?

**Are the TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) ctDNA probes for DNA fusion also included in the TSO500 Tissue (Solid) workflow? Can DNA fusion calling be enabled for TSO500 tissue samples?**

Both the TSO500 Tissue/Solid and TSO500 ctDNA workflows use the same DNA probe set, though the pipeline for TSO500 tissue samples is not configured nor optimized for DNA fusion calling.
