Are the TruSight Oncology 500 (TSO500) ctDNA probes for DNA fusion also included in the TSO500 Tissue (Solid) workflow? Can DNA fusion calling be enabled for TSO500 tissue samples?
Both the TSO500 Tissue/Solid and TSO500 ctDNA workflows use the same DNA probe set, though the pipeline for TSO500 tissue samples is not configured nor optimized for DNA fusion calling.
