# Is a local copy of each run saved on the NovaSeq 6000?

Yes. After a run completes on the NovaSeq 6000, a local copy of the run (including bcl files) is available on the Z drive. (Location: Z:\outputfolder\[run folder])

If during a run, the connection to the network output location is disrupted, manually transfer the run via the file explorer from the Z drive to the desired storage location.

Runs stored on the Z drive are managed via Process Management.
