Is a local copy of each run saved on the NovaSeq 6000?

After a run completes on the NovaSeq 6000, a local copy of the run (including bcl files) is available on the Z drive under the file path Z:\outputfolder[run folder]

If during a run, the connection to the network output location is disrupted, manually transfer the run via the file explorer from the Z drive to the desired storage location.

Manage runs saved on the NovaSeq 6000 through the Process Management tab in the NovaSeq Control Software.
