Background
The MiSeq i100 Series require setting an Output Folder on a configured External Storage location for data copy off instrument. Currently, the MiSeq i100 Series Control Software does not allow spaces in the Output Folder name, and presents the following error when Output Folder is set to to a directory that contains spaces:

Troubleshooting Actions
For Network External Storage locations:
From the Add folder user interface (UI), select Cancel to return to the External Storage UI.
From a different computer that has access to the Network Storage location, edit the intended output folder to remove any spaces from the folder name.
Alternatively, create a new folder using a name that does not contain any spaces.
Return to the instrument, then repeat the Add folder workflow within the External Storage UI and select the intended output folder with the spaces removed from the name.
For USB External Storage locations:
From the Add folder user interface (UI), select Cancel to return to the External Storage UI.
Under Network Storage header in the External Storage UI, select Eject for the USB Storage device and then remove the USB drive from the MiSeq i100 instrument.
Move the USB drive to another computer, then edit the intended output folder to remove any spaces from the folder name.
Alternatively, create a new folder using a name that does not contain any spaces.
Return to the instrument and plug the USB drive into the USB3.0 port on the side of the instrument.
Follow the Add USB workflow to mount the USB drive under the External Storage UI, then select Add folder and select the intended output folder with the spaces removed from the name.
