# What loading concentration is recommended for Illumina DNA Prep on MiSeq v2 kits?

There is no officially tested and supported loading concentration recommendation for Illumina DNA Prep libraries in MiSeq v2 runs. Consider using 8 pM - 10 pM as a starting point and optimizing the loading concentration in subsequent runs to maximize data quality and output. As this range has not been validated by Illumina, Illumina cannot guarantee the run performance.
