# How to manage status.illumina.com subscriptions

status.illumina.com provides status updates for Illumina cloud based platforms. Updates can be viewed by navigating to this website, or by subscribing and receiving emails from the site. The following reviews how to make changes to the subscription feature.

In order to change the subscription notifications for status.illumina.com, first search for a recent email. The email subject will contain the text "Illumina Cloud Products."

Select the "Manage your subscription" option at the bottom of the email. The link will open in an Internet Browser to select/deselect any components. It is possible to quickly unsubscribe from all updates at the top. Additionally, the "Select all" can be used to bulk select or deselect all components.

**Note**: When selecting Components, the region displayed is for where the cloud product is used on the cloud. For example, if a user is located in the USA but using cac1.basespace.illumina.com, notifications will be sent related to BaseSpace Sequence Hub - Canada.

Once all applicable components have been selected, select Save at the bottom of the page to save the changes/selections.
