# Does the iSeq 100 have any special moving considerations?

Typically, Illumina requires sequencers to be moved by an Illumina engineer so the optics can be realigned and other components can be tested before sequencing. Since the iSeq 100 optics and fluidics are contained within the consumables, an engineer is not required to move the instrument. After the instrument has been moved, perform the system checks to make sure the instrument is functioning properly before the next run.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://knowledge.illumina.com/instrumentation/iseq-100/instrumentation-iseq-100-faq-list/000002316.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
