How to select GenTrain version in GenomeStudio 2.0

The default clustering algorithm in GenomeStudio v2.0 is GenTrain 3.0. However, previous GenTrain versions can be selected when needed for backward compatibility with data generated from previous experiments.

Selecting the clustering algorithm in GenomeStudio v2.0

1. Open a Genotyping Project in GenomeStudio

2. Select Tools > Options > Module > Genotyping

3. Under Cluster Algorithm, select the desired GenTrain version (Figure 1).
