# When will Live %Demux information be available for a MiSeq i100 Series run?

Live %Demux information shows the percentage of reads that are assigned to each sample in a MiSeq i100 Series run. This information is only available for index-first runs after the 27th cycle of Insert Read 1.

After this cycle, the Live %Demux will be viewable on the Run status page or via Illumina Run Manager (IRM). Additionally, if the instrument is configured to upload Cloud Run Monitoring or Cloud Storage data to BaseSpace Sequence Hub, the Live %Demux information is also available in BaseSpace.
