MiSeq users may encounter the following error on their screen during a MiSeq run or after run completion.
Typically this error appears once the last cycle completes but before post-run analysis begins when using Local Run Manager. This error does not impact run performance.
Troubleshooting steps:
Acknowledge the error to gain access to the control software.
Power Cycle the instrument. Guidance for a power cycle may be found in the MiSeq System Guide.
If the instrument fails to re-initialize or the run does not appear complete after power cycling, contact Illumina Technical Support.
