# Hard drives and computer of the MiniSeq

* Hard drive: 1 Tb
  * C drive: 250 Gb
  * D drive: 750 Gb
* In general, there is enough space for around 45 runs worth of data.
* 5-6 Gb of space is needed for a 300 cycle run.
* 10 Gb of additional space is needed for analysis files when using the Local Run Manager Resequencing module.
* Some analyses need disc scratch space for analysis to complete.
