How to download files needed for Sequencing Analysis Viewer from BaseSpace using BaseSpace CLI

The following command line can be used to download Sequencing Analysis Viewer files from BaseSpace:

bs download run -i <runID> --extension=xml,bin -o <output-directory>  

The folder structure needed for Sequencing Analysis Viewer will be downloaded

To find the runID, open the run in BaseSpace, and look in the web browser address bar for the numerical value after: https://basespace.illumina.com/run/

For example: https://basespace.illumina.com/run/8987811/Example_run/
