# Final library trace examples for the Illumina Library Prep Kits

When preparing Illumina sequencing libraries, we recommend performing quality control analysis on the final library using the Agilent Bioanalyzer, Fragment Analyzer, or similar instruments to assess the library size and profile. The following library sizes are guides, and profiles may vary slightly. For more information, see the appropriate library prep kit reference guide.
